Cartas
The title of this article is official, but it comes from a Spanish source.
If an acceptable English name is found, then the article should be moved to the new title.
Cartas is a section of the official Mexican Nintendo website. In the section, users could write emails to Nintendo with suggestions on improvements for the website, questions, or stories of their own experiences. Many of the featured emails are related to the Super Mario franchise.

- Hello everyone, Nintendo fans. I really liked your website redesign. I have a question that's been bugging me: Is Pokémon Crystal the equivalent of Pokémon Yellow, but in Pokémon Gold and Silver? What's new about it? Also, if anyone wants to talk about Pokémon or games, my email is cesrafa@hotmail.com. Note: Ever since I discovered Pokémon, it's been my biggest dream (that they existed). Many say it's childish. But I don't care. I'll keep waiting for my dream until the end of my life. Those who want to make fun of me, go ahead!! Because what's the point of living without a dream? Here in Venezuela, there was a Mario Kart tournament, and I entered and participated (one of my characteristics is that I'm very shy in front of so many people). When I played the first race, I was very nervous (about losing), but I concentrated and won. During the race, many of the participants (most of whom were over 12 years old) were saying, "I'm going to win!" or "No, me!" or "Look how silly that other guy was for taking that path." I stayed quiet. And in the end, who do you think won? The 12-year-old, quiet and calm. Sincerely, César Hernández, Venezuela-Caracas, 12 years old
- We loved your comment about Pokémon and that you shared your experience in the Mario Kart tournament with us, thank you. Regarding Pokémon Crystal, you can find information about the game in the Games section.
- Hello Nintendo friends: I have a few questions: What games will come with the Nintendo GameCube, and which one do you recommend most? In the art galleries, are there always prizes for the winners? Why does the Mario Friends section say it doesn't exist on the website when I try to access it, since I want to know how to sign up? Could you give me some tips for Castlevania: Circle of the Moon? I also wanted to mention that your website looks even better than before, and congratulations to Gamela. I hope you'll answer my questions. Thanks. Super Link. Alberto Molina Mtz from Pachuca, Hidalgo
- We'll soon be publishing a feature on the Nintendo GameCube and the games coming out for it. There aren't always gifts in the Gallery, but that doesn't mean you can't send us your drawings. We'd be very sad if you only sent us your artwork in exchange for a gift; unfortunately, we can't give gifts to everyone. You can now subscribe to the Mario Friends Club. More tips and tricks about new games will be coming soon to that section.
- Hello Nintendo fans: First off, I want to say that the site looks great! Well, after the compliments, I'd like to ask you a few questions: 1. What relationship will the GBA have with the NGC? 2. Who are all the new characters in Super Smash Bros. Melee? 3. What is Pokérus? Well, those are all my questions. I hope you can answer them, or at least publish my letter. Sincerely, a Nintendo fan. Sincerely, Conker
- Thank you so much for your comments; I'm glad you liked the page. Regarding the GameCube and its games, we'll soon have a special report on this system. You can find the Pokérus report at ****************************
- Camilo Sandoval, Santiago, Chile.
- Hello everyone at www.nintendo.co... I wanted to suggest a chat section to make things more fun and allow more people to connect with other gamers. I'd also like to know if you could tell me how to get the Power Cell and the Stabilizer (in the special mode) from Jet Force Gemini, as I couldn't find it on your site. If you can't tell me, please include it in the games section so I can learn how to do it. Please try to add the link to everything related to Club Nintendo magazine as soon as possible. I also ask that, although your site looks great with the recent improvements, you update your website, as it has some outdated and outdated content. And lastly, please add forums to the Mario Club section. That's all, and until next time.
PS The best thing they could have done was to put the Mario club section, and, if my letter is published I want to send greetings to my former classmates from Llaima school who are now in 7th B and to my friends from Villa Martin Iriart (all from Temuco, Chile).
- We'll take your suggestions into account. We'll pass your questions about games on to the expert so we can get back to you soon.
- We can't give you an answer regarding the section on the magazine's website since we don't know when it will be ready.
- We try to update the information as soon as possible.
- Thank you for your feedback; we will take your suggestions into account. There is already a section where you can download wallpapers called Mario Club, and within it there is a section called Gifts.[note 1]
- Thank you for your letter, Rodolfo. It's a bit long, so we can't publish it. We've already fixed the registration dates for the Mario Club; anyone born in 1970 or earlier can now register. It was a minor detail, though, as everyone is welcome to the Club.
- We're currently preparing the complete list of games that Gamela is bringing to Mexico.[note 1]
- Hello Mexican friends, I hope you're all doing well. I've been a video game enthusiast for about six years, a hobby I picked up a bit late since I'm 28. I really enjoy Mario Party 1, 2, and 3, and Mario Kart with my wife and 9-year-old daughter. I congratulate you on the website; it looks great! Here are a few questions: 1. What Formula 1 games are being developed for the GameCube? 2. Why do some websites not list the complete technical specifications of the GameCube, such as polygons per second, while others only show 12 million per second, which is quite low compared to the PS2 and Xbox? 3. What software do the magazine's designers use for layout? Thanks, Jailer from Medellín, Colombia.
- It's never too late to start playing video games, and we're very happy that you share them with your family. We'll answer your questions soon in the appropriate section. We don't know how the magazine is produced, but you've given us a great idea for a feature.
- Gamela has not yet announced the GameCube pre-order, nor is the price known. To receive regular emails, you can subscribe to the Mario Friends Club. We will soon publish a feature covering everything about the GameCube and its accessories.[note 1]
- Hello Nintendo friends: I wanted to let you know that I'm now a member of the Mario Club and I'd like you to publish my letter for the following reason: I'd like to know the price of the GameCube and when the Mario section of the magazine will be ready. Sincerely,
- Paul Cortez
- ''We're so glad you're now part of the Club, thanks for participating with us. As for the GameCube price, we still don't know anything. And about the magazine... I'm sorry, we don't know anything about that either.
- It's great that you're friends with Mario now, even though you're not in Mexico. Everyone is welcome. We can't answer your questions about the magazine because we're not Club Nintendo magazine.[note 1]
- Edgar
- When will the first Mario Club promotion be released? So far, I haven't heard anything about the Club other than the subscription, and I haven't received any emails about it. I hope to hear back soon. Thank you.
- Edgar, we've received a huge number of subscriptions to Mario's Friends, and we're amazed by your response. We're preparing a surprise for all our members, which is why we're taking a little while. We think it's worth the wait.
