The "Mario Party Theme"[1] is a musical theme composed by Yasunori Mitsuda for the title screen in Mario Party. This theme also incorporates an arrangement of "Ground BGM" from Super Mario Bros. at the end.

In Mario Party Superstars, an arrangement of the "Mario Party Theme" plays in the title screen if the last played board was Yoshi's Tropical Island or Peach's Birthday Cake. This arrangement omits the "Ground BGM" portion. It is titled "Mario Party Superstars (Mario Party)" in the game's sound test.

Tetris 99Edit
In Tetris 99, a medley of the Mario Party Superstars arrangements of the "Mario Party Theme" from Mario Party, "Go Lucky" from Mario Party 2, and "Title Screen" from Mario Party 3 plays when there are 10 or less players left while the Mario Party Superstars theme is in use.
