"Looking Ahead"[1] is a musical theme composed by Ichiro Shimakura for Mario Party 3, where it plays in the minigames Parasol Plummet and Awful Tower.

Mario Party 3 marks the first appearance of "Looking Ahead". It is also included in the official Mario Party 3 Original Soundtrack album.
Mario Party Superstars[edit]
In Mario Party Superstars, an arrangement of "Looking Ahead" plays in Parasol Plummet. It is titled as such in the game's sound test.
