"The Wide, Wide Ocean"[1] is a musical theme composed by Yasunori Mitsuda for Mario Party, where it plays in the minigames Treasure Divers, Shy Guy Says, Cast Aways, and Deep Sea Divers. In Shy Guy Says, the theme speeds up as the minigame continues.

In Mario Party: The Top 100, an arrangement of "The Wide, Wide Ocean" plays in Shy Guy Says. It is titled as such in the game's sound test. Unlike the original theme, this arrangement does not speed up as the minigame continues.

A faithful arrangement of "The Wide, Wide Ocean" plays in Shy Guy Says and Cast Aways. It is titled as such in the game's sound test. In Shy Guy Says, the arrangement speeds up as the minigame continues, just like the original theme.
