Payday Double Dice
Payday Double Dice
Description
Double Dice that get you coins equal to the roll.
Appears in Super Mario Party Jamboree (2024)
Effect Allows the player to roll two Dice Blocks, with the total being how many coins the player receives.

The Payday Double Dice is an item in Super Mario Party Jamboree. It looks like a Double Dice but is completely plated in solid gold. It acts identically to a Double Dice with the player rolling two Dice Blocks. However, when the total roll is revealed, the player will then receive coins equal to the amount rolled, much like the Plus Block from the first Mario Party. The player can potentially get 2-20 free coins with the Payday Double Dice, along with an additional 10 coin bonus for matching numbers similar to the Double Dice. It has a Triple Dice variant in the Payday Triple Dice.

Mario's Jamboree Buddy ability dice roll also adds to the total amount of coins for a maximum of 38 coins (with a roll of matching tens for 20 coins, the 10 coin bonus, and an 8 from Mario).

This item is purchasable in Rainbow Galleria's Golden Shop, and on other boards, they're normally found in Item Shops for 10 Coins (5 during a flash sale or if the player has Daisy as a Jamboree Buddy, or 20 if the player is under the effect of a Markup Sticker) after shop inventories have been updated half way into a match. The one exception is Kamek's Shop on Western Land, which sells Payday Double Dice from the start. It is also one of the dice items that can be randomly obtained from paying 10 coins at the Dice Shop pit stop on Roll 'em Raceway. It can also be obtained from an Item Space.
