"Western Land"[1] is a musical theme in Mario Party 2, where it plays in the board of the same name. The intro is based on the "Minsky Pickup".

Mario Party 2 marks the first appearance of "Western Land".

Super Mario Party Jamboree / Super Mario Party Jamboree – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV[edit]

In Super Mario Party Jamboree and the Nintendo Switch 2 port, Super Mario Party Jamboree – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV, an arrangement of "Western Land" plays in the board of the same name. It is titled "Western Land 1" in the game's sound test and the Nintendo Music app. This arrangement receives an extra section before the loop that quotes the main theme from Super Mario Party. The "Minsky Pickup" portion from the original theme is omitted.

A more fast-paced, energetic arrangement of "Western Land 1" plays during the last five turns on Western Land. It is titled "Western Land 2" in the game's sound test and the Nintendo Music app.

For both themes, whenever a full turn has finished, the theme transitions into a coda.

A brief arrangement of "Western Land" plays during the intro cutscene to Western Land. It is titled "Western Land - Opening" in the Nintendo Music app.
