Mix, match, and make mayhem

Discover the unique effects of each Fever Racket! Some, like the Golden Dash Racket, will offer you a helpful boost, while others, like the shocking Amp Racket, can play tricks on your opponent. You’ll need to master all kinds of Fever Rackets to survive in Trial Towers – if you’re looking for inspiration, why not start there?

Expand your racket repertoire!

Before the match begins, try setting the number of Fever Rackets to ‘Two’. Then, before each serve, you’ll be able to switch between your chosen rackets with the X Button. Alternate strategies and keep your opponent guessing!

Divide and conquer

Many Fever Rackets can create hazardous zones on your opponent’s side of the court. After a successful Fever Shot, try to send the ball into that same zone as often as you can to sabotage their chances!

Return the favour

If your opponent is ready to unleash a Fever Shot, don’t lose hope! Many Fever Shots will only take effect when the ball touches the ground. Counter the shot with perfect timing, and you can send your opponent’s handiwork right back to them!

Call the shots!

Take a moment to learn how and when to use each shot. Is your opponent guarding the back of the court? Try landing the ball just past the net with a drop shot (press B, then quickly press A). Are they close to the net instead? Use a lob (press A, then quickly press B) to shoot far over their head.

To reach the end of the Adventure mode, you’ll need to use a wide variety of shots. Take it for a spin and see how your skills improve!
