The Academy Courts are a group of nine playable courts in Mario Tennis Fever. Each court has a different surface, with the Wood, Brick and Carpet courts being available from the start, and the Mushroom, Sand and Ice courts being unlocked upon being admitted to the tennis academy in the game's Adventure mode. The Grass, Hard and Clay courts are exclusive to online matches, the game's Adventure mode and certain Trial Tower trials.
The Academy Courts are located in the Mushroom Tennis Academy, where they can be found grouped together in sets of three: One row has the Carpet, Clay and Ice courts, another has the Wood, Grass and Sand courts, and the last row has the Mushroom, Hard and Brick courts. Each court is separated by green fences, with various brands being advertised on banners on them. Lamp posts and Mushroom, Fire Flower and Super Star-shaped lights also decorate the area.
The following brands can be seen advertised via banners hung on each court:
- Mushroom, Grass and Ice: 100% Banana Protein Bar and Birdo's Sportswear
- Hard, Sand and Carpet: Dry Bones Osteopathic Clinic and Paratroopa Tennis Balls
- Brick, Wood and Clay: Spike's Tennis Training and Piranha Plant Court Management Company
In-game description[edit]
