Effect Freezing Shot

The Freezing Racket is a Fever Racket in Mario Tennis Fever. It is unlocked after playing six matches. The racket is an ice-themed version of the Flame Racket, with light blue and cyan colors, a shaft shaped like icecles, and a blue Lava Bubble emblem on its head. When a Fever Shot is charged, the racket gives off frost.

The Freezing Racket's Fever Shot is called the Freezing Shot. When activated, it creates six shards of ice distributed in a circle around the ball's landing spot. The ice shards last for 15 seconds.[1] When stepped on, the shard breaks and disappears, deals damage and freezes the player, leaving them unable to act for a brief time.

Prior to version 1.1.0, the shards disappeared after 10 rallies were made.[1]
