The Bullet Bill Racket is a Fever Racket from Mario Tennis Fever. It is unlocked after playing 34 matches. The racket has a simple black head and shaft, with a gray handle. The net has a Bullet Bill emblem and one of the sides of the head has a rocket nozzle similar to the back of of a Bullet Bill. When a Fever Shot is charged, the racket glows and the rocket's nozzle lights up with flames.

The Bullet Bill Racket's Fever Shot is called the Bullet Bill Boost. When activated, it damages players around the area where the ball bounces. For a short while after activating, any balls returned by the player are transformed into Bullet Bills. After a brief spin, the Bullet Bill then flies quickly in a straight line. If a smash shot is made, the Bullet Bill is launched immediately, skipping the initial spin. Lobs and drop shots cannot be done while a Bullet Bill Boost is active. The Bullet Bill then transforms back when they touch the court or are returned by a player.
