The Volcano Racket is a Fever Racket in Mario Tennis Fever. It is unlocked after playing 18 matches. The racket has a handle and shaft resembling rocks, with lava flowing between cracks and forming the racket's head. Its net features an icon resembling Boss Brolder, without his eyes and arms. When fully charged, the racket is set on fire.
In Trial Towers, the Volcano Racket appears in the Tower of Trickery's last trial "King of the Koopas" as Bowser's racket.
Fever Shot[edit]
The Volcano Racket's Fever Shot is called the Volcano Shot. When used, it creates a small volcano on the court where the ball lands, which periodically spits out lava rocks. The rocks travel slowly in an arc towards players on that side of the court, and a red circular marker indicates their landing zone. If a player is inside the zone when the rock lands and explodes, they are dealt damage and catch fire, which causes them to dash aimlessly uncontrollably for a brief time but do not hinder their ability to swing their racket. Touching the volcano also deals damage and makes players catch fire. The volcano disappears after firing a few rocks.
