Mario Tennis Fever Valentine's Day Cards are a set of downloadable Valentine's Day cards published by Nintendo of Europe on February 6, 2026. The cards are themed after Mario Tennis Fever, and feature some of the game's playable characters on their front ends, in addition to a caption that makes a pun on either something tennis-related or on something relating to the character. The back of each card features the Mario Tennis Fever logo, in addition to that of the Super Mario Bros. 40th Anniversary. Four cards are available, each of which are available in a single .PDF file. The user is instructed to download and print the cards on A4 paper, then cut them out with a pair of scissors.

Another set of cards featuring different characters was published by Nintendo of Australia on February 9, 2026.[1] The back of these cards feature the Nintendo Switch 2 logo, in addition to the Mario Tennis Fever logo.
