The Tanoshii Super Mario Ehon are a series of Japanese children's picture books, released by Nagaokashoten on October 25, 1993.[1] Three books were released for the series: Super Star o Sagase, Harikiri Picnic, and Yūenchi wa Ōsawagi. The books are based on Super Mario World, with the first two books taking place in Dinosaur Land, though the third book takes place at an amusement park.
