"Fossil Falls"[3] is an orchestral musical theme composed by Naoto Kubo for Super Mario Odyssey, where it plays in the Cascade Kingdom and the first underground section of Darker Side. This theme serves as the main theme for the entire game, with various arrangements being included in cutscenes, jingles, and other areas of the game.

The Super Mario Bros. Movie features a brief arrangement of "Fossil Falls" in the beginning of the track "Welcome to the Mushroom Kingdom", which plays when Mario and Toad arrive in Toad Town.
The Super Mario Galaxy Movie[edit]
The Super Mario Galaxy Movie features an arrangement of "Mario Meets the World: The Odyssey's Maiden Voyage" in the track "The Flight Deck", which plays when Peach and Toad arrive at the flight deck in the Gateway Galaxy.
Mario Kart World[edit]
In Mario Kart World, a sitar arrangement of "Fossil Falls" in 6

Donkey Kong Bananza incorporates a brief arrangement of "Setting the Scene 1" into the end of the theme that plays during the cutscene where King K. Rool takes over New Donk City.

The Game Awards 2020[edit]
During the Game Awards 2020, as part of the Super Mario Bros. 35th Anniversary celebration, the London Philharmonic Orchestra performed a medley featuring arrangements of various Super Mario themes, including "Fossil Falls".[4]

"Fossil Falls" is included on the setlist of the Super Mario Orchestra Concert as part of a medley with other themes from Super Mario Odyssey.
Cosmos Fountain Show[edit]
