"Gyōmu-yō Mario Namae-ire"[1] is a musical theme that first appears in the name entry screen of VS. Super Mario Bros.. It is a heavily remixed version of "Ground BGM" from Super Mario Bros.

In Super Mario Maker and Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS, "Gyōmu-yō Mario Namae-ire" plays as the "Bonus Music" for the Super Mario Bros. game style.
Super Mario Maker 2[edit]
"Gyōmu-yō Mario Namae-ire" returns in Super Mario Maker 2 with the same purpose as in Super Mario Maker.
An arrangement of "Gyōmu-yō Mario Namae-ire" is incorporated into the sky theme in the Super Mario Bros. game style, this time with a 25% cycle pulse wave as the main instrument.[citation needed]
An ambient arrangement of the sky theme plays when editing such courses, which uses seven tracks that fade in and out randomly every loop to create a dynamic mix. A music box arrangement of the same theme plays in nighttime versions of these levels.
Super Mario Bros.: Peach-hime Kyūshutsu Dai Sakusen![edit]
The instrumental version of "Doki-Doki Do it" titled 「ドキ・ドキDo it ~ビシッとバシッとRock'n Roll学校編~ インスト」 (Doki Doki Do it ~ Bishitto Bashitto Rock' n Roll Gakkō-hen ~ Insuto, "Doki-Doki Do it ~Snap Smack Rock'n Roll School Version~ Instrumental") begins with an arrangement of "Gyōmu-yō Mario Namae-ire."

Paper Mario: Sticker Star[edit]
In Paper Mario: Sticker Star a slow arrangement of "Gyōmu-yō Mario Namae-ire" plays 1 minute and 33 seconds into "Blue Skies, White Clouds," which plays throughout the on-land areas of World 1 as well as the first area of Drybake Desert and Leaflitter Path.
