25th Anniversary SUPER MARIO BROS. is a modified re-release of Super Mario Bros. released in 2010 exclusively in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Australia as part of the 25th anniversary of the game's release in 1985.

DetailsEdit

The game was pre-installed onto Super Mario Bros. 25th Anniversary–themed Wii bundles, running via Virtual Console emulation. In Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, it was available exclusively in a red Wii bundle, while in Australia, it was available in both red and white Wii bundles.

The gameplay itself is unchanged from Super Mario Bros.; the only difference is that all of the ? Blocks have been reskinned to feature the number 25 in place of the usual question mark.
