Mario no Medal Island is a medal game by Sunwise that was presumably released in 1996, using artwork from Super Mario World. Very little is known about the game as the only proof of this game's existence is in magazines and a flyer. The game supports up to four players.[2]

Gameplay[edit]

The game starts by the player inserting tokens into the game, with a maximum bet of nine tokens at each station. The player can bet tokens as soon as the background music begins playing and can press one of the three bet buttons to bet on each line. When the "Time" indicator lights turn off, the bet is over. The roulette then spins, stopping from the top row to the bottom. If the same character stops on two rows or Mario stops on the line the player bets on, the player wins. The game ends if the player loses all of their credits.[2]

The game's maximum payout is 81 tokens.[3]
