Super Mario Bros. is a theme for Nintendo Sound Clock: Alarmo based on the game of the same name. The theme was released on March 10, 2025 as part of MAR10 Day.

It shows the time in the white pixel font seen in the game and other Nintendo Entertainment System games. Mario will appear on the ground, moving relative to where the user is located in front of the device. A brick can be seen above him replacing one of the dots on the colon in the middle of the time. During the set bedtime, a Warp Pipe can be seen in place of Mario.

If the user has the hourly chime enabled, Mario will hit the brick as many times as the hours are shown on the screen, collecting Coins with every hit. If the user has sleepy sounds enabled, Alarmo will play the music box arrangement of "Ground BGM" heard in Super Mario Maker 2, at a slower tempo. When the user gets out of bed, the "Course Clear" jingle plays.

Super Mario Bros. is the only Alarmo theme to not be based on a Nintendo Switch game.
