Ichibankuji
Ichibankuji (previously formatted as Ichiban KUJI until 2020) is a lottery held in Japan since 2003. Originally run by Banpresto, it is currently operated by Bandai Spirits, a division of Bandai Namco Holdings. The lottery consists of limited-time campaigns that usually have a tie-in promotion of a franchise with products themed after it. A participant can enter the lottery by purchasing a voucher at stores or online, which always guarantees the winning of one prize. An additional "Last One Prize" can also be won if the participant purchases the last voucher of a campaign. Campaigns also include a "Double Chance Campaign" where participants can try to win an additional exclusive product. Super Mario–franchise campaigns have been held since 2015.
