Three more sets were later announced, containing three pieces each: the Luigi Wood Block Set, Peach Wood Block Set, and Yoshi Wood Block Set, also retailing for ¥2,980 apiece, released on November 18, 2025 in Japan.[5]

The sets are targeted towards children aged approximately 1½. Character blocks are eight centimeters tall (double the height of standard blocks) and also function as amiibo for their respective characters in compatible games. The interior packaging of the Mario & Friends Wood Block Set resembles the grassland levels of New Super Mario Bros. Wii and can be used as a diorama.[3]
