"Toad's Message"[1][2] is a musical jingle composed by Koji Kondo for Super Mario 64, where it plays upon talking to a Toad.

Super Mario 64[edit]

Super Mario 64 marks the first appearance of "Toad's Message", and it returns for the same purpose in the Nintendo DS remake, Super Mario 64 DS, and the Nintendo Switch port, Super Mario 3D All-Stars. It is also included in the official Super Mario 64 Original Soundtrack album.

Luigi's Mansion[edit]

In Luigi's Mansion and the Nintendo 3DS remake of the same name, an arrangement of "Toad's Message" plays when first talking to Toad. The arrangement includes a faithful interpretation of the jingle as well as an extended melody resembling the jingle. It is titled "There, There, Toad" in the Nintendo Music app.

Hello, Mario! / Hello, Yoshi![edit]

In Hello, Mario! and Hello, Yoshi!, a slower arrangement of "Toad's Message" serves as a jingle for the screenshot feature, which depicts Toad with a bipod camera.
