Super Mario World marks the first appearance of "Forest of Illusion (Map Screen)", and it returns in the port of the game included in Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World for the same purpose. It is also included in the official soundtrack album of the same name.

In the Game Boy Advance remake of Super Mario World, Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2, an arrangement of "Forest of Illusion (Map Screen)" plays for the same purpose as in the original game.

Super Mario Maker 2[edit]

In Super Mario Maker 2, the original version of "Forest of Illusion (Map Screen)" plays in forest-themed worlds from the World Maker.

Super Mario World: Mario to Yoshi no Bōken Land[edit]

In Super Mario World: Mario to Yoshi no Bōken Land, the original version of "Forest of Illusion (Map Screen)" plays when showcasing a map of the Forest of Illusion and when Mario, Luigi, and the Yoshis are surrounded by trees with sinister faces.
