Electric Balls are metallic obstacles in militarized areas of Super Mario Galaxy and its Nintendo Switch port. They always appear in sets of four to six, circling wide rims around planets, especially flying saucer–shaped ones. Their behavior is almost identical to that of Zap Balls. A particular group that surrounds the saucer ridden in "Battlerock Barrage" begins moving and emanating electricity only after Mario (or Luigi) spins a blue screw, which also makes the saucer start moving.
Piranha Plants appear in the following list of galaxies and missions:
- Battlerock Galaxy ("Battlerock Barrage", "Topmaniac and the Topman Tribe", "Topmaniac's Daredevil Run", "Purple Coins on the Battlerock", "Luigi under the Saucer")
- Dreadnought Galaxy ("Infiltrating the Dreadnought", "Revenge of the Topman Tribe", "Topman Tribe Speed Run")
