"Secret Course - Sky and Sea",[2] also known as simply "Sky & sea",[sic][1] is a musical theme composed by Shinobu Nagata for Super Mario Sunshine, where it plays in the Delfino Plaza secret courses Lily Pad Ride, Pachinko Game, Red Coin Field, Super Slide, and Turbo Track as well as the fourth episode of Gelato Beach, The Sand Bird is Born, and third episode of Noki Bay, Red Coins in a Bottle.

Super Mario Sunshine[edit]

Super Mario Sunshine marks the first appearance of "Secret Course - Sky and Sea", and it returns in the Nintendo Switch port, Super Mario 3D All-Stars, for the same purposes. It is also included in the official albums Nintendo Sound Selection Vol.3: B-Side Music and Super Mario Sunshine Original Soundtrack.

Mario Kart World[edit]

In Mario Kart World, a drill 'n' bass arrangement of "Secret Course - Sky and Sea" can play in Free Roam and on any VS Race route during the day. It is fully titled "Secret Course - Sky and Sea (Super Mario Sunhine)" in the Nintendo Music app. This arrangement also quotes "Shine!" from Super Mario Sunshine at the end.
