"Noki Bay"[1] is a musical theme composed by Shinobu Tanaka that plays in Noki Bay in Super Mario Sunshine. The theme consists of ambient tropical music with a melody performed by several flutes such as the Western flute and panflute. They are accompanied by harp, xylophones, and various other percussion instruments.
