Super Mario 3D World marks the first appearance of "World 1". "World 2" is an arrangement of "World 1" also composed by Mahito Yokota that uses desert-themed instrumentation. Both tracks are also featured on the Super Mario 3D World Original Soundtrack, and return for the same purposes in the game's Nintendo Switch port, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury.

In Super Mario Maker 2, Yamamura's Dojo features a dynamic arrangement of "World 1". When selecting Maker Lessons, a more promenient beat is added to the piece. When selecting Mario's Moves, the melody is elaborated on with additional background instrumentation.
