Scamper Shores is one of the first islands visited in Lake Lapcat, the main location of the Bowser's Fury campaign of Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury. It is one of the three islands that surrounds the Lakeside Giga Bell. Of the three, it is the one closest to the first island of the campaign, Fur Step Island. This makes Scamper Shores the most likely of the three islands near the Lakeside Giga Bell to be accessed first.
Scamper Shores has a simple layout which takes Mario up and around a small mountain. There are rotating Chain-Links at multiple points, giving Cat Mario an advantage due to his ability to climb vertical Chain-Links and/or hold onto vertical Chain-Links as they rotate. One area has a pillar marked with cat prints that is too high to jump to the top of, indicating that conventionally Cat Mario is used to reach the top. A plateau on the mountain is positioned in a way that makes conventional access impossible: it is too high to jump to and has an overhang that stops Cat Mario from climbing to it. Rather, it can only be accessed via flying using Propeller Block, flinging over to it using the Fling Pole of Scamper Shore's lighthouse, or by waiting for Fury Bowser to awaken and using the falling spikes he launches into Scamper Shores as platforms. The plateau has a ? Block that contains a Lucky Bell.
