Mario Kart Tour[edit]
Mario Kart Tour marks the first appearance of "Piranha Plant Cove," where it was added as part of the 2023 Exploration Tour.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe[edit]
In Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, as part of Wave 6 of the Booster Course Pass, an arrangement of "Piranha Plant Cove" plays in Piranha Plant Cove. Unlike other courses added to the Booster Course Pass that previously appeared in Mario Kart Tour, the music has only a small handful of modifications, with most synthesized instruments used remaining unchanged, albeit mixed differently. Notably, the synth bass, high flute, and drums have been updated. A looping drum set beat is added to the instrumentation whenever the player is driving at top speed while in first place.
