The Double Bob-ombs are the special item of Shy Guy, Roy, Wario, Waluigi, Purple Koopa (Freerunning), Orange Shy Guy, Mario (Musician), Black Yoshi, Toadette (Explorer), Luigi (Golf), Daisy (Sailor), and the Wario, Chain Chomp, Goomba, Black, Para-Biddybud, Roy and Waluigi Mii Racing Suits in Mario Kart Tour. When this special item is used, two Bob-ombs are deployed to orbit the player's kart. The player must then tap the screen to throw both Bob-ombs forward at once. When Double Bob-ombs+ is unlocked, an extra Bob-omb is added, allowing the player to throw three Bob-ombs instead of two.

The artwork for the Double Bob-ombs is based on artwork from Mario Party: Star Rush.
