Flying Shy Guys[1] are a type of Shy Guy that appear in Shy Guy Bazaar in Mario Kart 7, Mario Kart Tour, and Mario Kart World. They ride magic carpets around and are encountered by racers as they reach a portion of the course that requires them to use their glider. If a racer colides with a Flying Shy Guy in Mario Kart 7, they immediately lose their speed and begin plummeting. In Mario Kart Tour, they lose speed but can continue gliding. In Mario Kart World, they wear turbans on their heads.
