The Plushbuggy is a kart that appears in Mario Kart World. It is themed around soft objects, namely the ribbon-themed fenders on each side of the kart, the ribbon-shaped cushioned light-blue seat, and the word "Ribbon" on its tire cover. It also appears similar to a 1960 Cadillac Eldorado car, with its raised tailfins and white-wall tires. The emblem is located on the hood.

In terms of stats, the Plushbuggy has average speed and handling, above-average acceleration, and below-average weight. It shares its stats with the Standard Kart.

This kart is randomly used by the CPU-controlled Peach, Baby Peach, Toadette, Birdo, Peach (Vacation), Birdo (Vacation), Baby Peach (Touring), and Baby Rosalina (Touring). Additionally, it is always driven by Birdo in her appearance as the main rival in the Banana Cup.
