The Loco Moto is a bike that appears in Mario Kart World. As the name suggests, it is a black and blue bike that is themed around trains, specifically a steam locomotive. It features a large singular headlight that houses the handlebars, a brown leather seat, and a single exhaust pipe in the back which resembles a steam engine's smokestack. On the back tire on the left side of the bike is a coupling rod, which moves with the wheel. The emblem is located on the blue body on each side near the front. Much like the Barrel Train, the bike's horn makes a train whistle sound.

This bike is randomly used by the CPU-controlled Mario (Cowboy), Peach (Aviator), Yoshi (Aristocrat), King Boo (Aristocrat), Waluigi (Wampire), Toad (Engineer), Toadette (Conductor), and Waluigi (Mariachi).
