The second is reached by going over this low ceiling
and traversing the Podoboo-filled lava pit beyond

Cape. The second door is accompanied by nine Turn Blocks, all containing 1-Up Mushrooms. This is the only difference between them - they count as the same exit.

in a circle back around to Chocolate Island 3 again. The

Forest of Illusion 3 and Chocolate Island 3 are the only
levels with this distinction outside of the Star World,

Located in Chocolate Island 1

On a Cloud Block above the first bowl-shaped valley area
(Mario or Luigi must take the first Pipe Cannon, as the level
consists of two near-identical areas, but only one of them
has the 3-Up Moon in it).

VoB2: After entering the second pipe, reach the end of the rising floor, wait for it to stop, then use it as a platform to head over the top and to the left.

VGH: Activate the P-Switch, then head through the only door to the left, the second door to the right, or the fifth and final door to the right. Find a ? Block, and direct the Coin Snake inside in a stair pattern heading to the right. Climb this to find a room.

VoB4: Bring Yoshi to the very end, then use him to eat the Key through the wall.
