Big Boo's Balcony is the fifth mission of Big Boo's Haunt in Super Mario 64 and Super Mario 64 DS. The objective is to defeat the Big Boo on the haunted house's balcony.

Layout[edit]

The player has to make their way to the far right room of the haunted house's second floor. Once there, Mario has to wall-kick up to the door above the entrance in the N64 version or use his Power Flower ability in the DS version. The player then has to go through the double doors to the right of the attic and defeat the Big Boo waiting on the balcony. After the player attacks him three times, the Big Boo is defeated and the Power Star appears on top of the house's roof. The player then has to long-jump to cross the large gap between the balcony and the roof, then climb the roof to reach the Star. In the DS version, Mario's Power Flower ability also works.
