World 7-3 is the third level of Pipe Land in Super Mario Bros. 3. It becomes accessible after the player has cleared World 7-2 and its own completion unlocks Worlds 7-4 and 7-5.

Layout[edit]

World 7-3 consists of many hills and gaps the player has to run along and jump across. At the start of the level is the first of six ? Blocks that contain a Starman, and any subsequent Starmen can only be collected while the player is invincible. For the next two ? Block formations, the Starman is placed in the bottom-left ? Block, and the player needs to use the other ? Blocks as platforms to jump over the large hills. After the second hill with Spinies on it, Lakitu will appear, and the next Starman is within the Brick Block underneath the ? Block containing a power-up. After the broken up hill ahead is a pipe that dispenses Goombas with two Brick Blocks containing Starmen around it. Afterward is another broken up hill and the goal.
