Map of the level.

The level introduces a new ability for the Tanooki Suit, whereupon turning into a statue makes Vanishing Blocks visible and also introduces Rock Blocks (breakable by a statue stomp or a Hammer Suit) to the game.

This level begins with an overworld area, leading to a waterfall crossed by three pipes. This is followed by the main structure of the level, a massive tower comprising multiple semisolid platforms. On the tower are multiple doors, each leading to one of seven smaller areas, mostly with a metallic color scheme. It is in these areas that most of the level's gameplay can be found. To the right of the tower is a small brick structure with a spiny in it, followed by the goal.

This level can be cleared early if the player does not go for the Advance Coins or enter any doors, allowing the level to be finished in as little as ten seconds and not needing any items.
