World 1-3 is the third level of World 1 in Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels and the third level overall in said game. This is the first time Bloopers are seen out of water, as well as being able to fly.
After the land the player starts on is a tall island with a Coin. Next is a scale lift that the player needs to use in order to reach the next island with Coins and a Koopa Troopa. Afterward is a group of broken up bridges with Koopa Troopas and a Blooper flying above. Next is a horizontally moving lift, followed by an island, and then another scale with a Blooper next to it. The scale can be used to reach a high island, but if the player falls to the island below, they can get back up using some floating blocks as a platform. Over the next platform with a Koopa Troopa is the only ? Block in the level containing a power-up. After some more islands, another horizontally moving lift, and another scale is the Goal Pole.
