A Hyper Paragoomba (or H. Paragoomba) is a green Paragoomba with the ability to charge its attack power. Hyper Paragoombas are found in Twilight Trail of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and Gusty Gulch of Paper Mario. Hyper Goombas have the ordinary Dive attack, but when Charged, their attack power shoots all the way up to eight. When attacked once, they will lose their wings and become regular Hyper Goombas.
Like a Paragloomba, if a Hyper Paragoomba's dive attack hits Mario outside battle it will make the First Strike.
