Treasure chest from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

This is a list of treasure chests from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and its remake of the same name. There are 59 treasure chests in the original game and 62 in the remake.

There are two types of chests: Small ones contain either badges, items required for progression or usable items. During the story, big ones contain upgrades to Mario's Jump and Hammer abilities, while in the Pit of 100 Trials, they contain badges or a important thing.

Petal Meadows, Petalburg, Path to Shhwonk Fortress, Shhwonk Fortress, Boggly Woods, Glitz Pit, Twilight Trail, Keelhaul Key, Poshley Sanctum, Path to Fahr Outpost, Fahr Outpost and Moon are the only locations without treasure chests.
