Power Shell is a default move mastered by Kooper and Koops in the Paper Mario games. This move uses 3 FP and attacks all ground based enemies. The damage dealt is the same as Shell Toss, except for Kooper's version at Ultra Rank, which only deals 4 damage. To successfully perform the Action Command, the player has to move Control Stick left until the big star lights up, then release it. Koops' version also has two Stylish moves.

Koopley mentions teaching this ability to Koops (if he is revisited in Petalburg at some point in the game, and if Koops is present), though he shortly discovers Koops already knows how to perform it.

Some enemies such as Koopatrols are also able to hit multiple targets with a single shell attack, which can be seen as equivalent to Power Shell.

Power Shell is furthermore referenced in Kooper's Catch Card description in Super Paper Mario.
