Fräulein Steinbrunnen is a neighbor of Mario's who appears in the Club Nintendo comic "Super Mario: Verloren in der Zeit".
In the alternate timeline created by Dr. Wily, Fräulein Steinbrunnen attempts to throw a cactus at Mario, but misses. She then tells him to stay where he is, saying that she will try again. It is then revealed that, in this alternate timeline, she is an evil witch who throws cacti.
