Waialae Country Club, referred to as Waialae C.C. in the comic, is a private country club East Honolulu, Hawaii. The country club appears in the Club Nintendo comic "Super Mario in Aloha Hawaii", where Mario and Bottles enter a golf tournament in hopes of getting money and women. However, the two cause mischief at the country club, destroying the golf course and scaring away all of the players. As a result, with the country club having lost all profit from the two having scared away the players, the groundkeeper throws them a plane ticket for two people to New York City, demanding that they never return to the country club. Mario, furious at Bottles, chases him off into the horizon while holding a toilet brush and baseball bat, explaining that he did not want to go all of the way to Hawaii just to go right back home.
