Oil of Mega Man is a type of skin care treatment appearing in the Club Nintendo comic "Super Mario: Die Verwandlung".
After Mario explains that he came to Dr. Light to talk about the skin condition he talked about earlier on the phone (him becoming more pixelated), Dr. Light mishears "pixels" as "pimples". As the doctor tries to remember Mario's problem, Mega Man arrives and suggests that he try Oil of Mega Man for dry skin.
While the treatment itself is never seen, it assumes to be contained in the oil-filled kettle that Mega Man brings to Mario on a plate.
