Ursel is a dietician who appears in the Club Nintendo comic "Das Vermächtnis des Dr. Lichtblitz".

Ursel first appears when Mario opens the door to his new detective agency, Marioso. Believing the client will be like Jenny Elvers or Ina Werner, Mario is surprised to find her at the door, who immediately offers him some cheesecake. Inside, Ursel explains that she is the dietary advisor of Dr. Light, the inventor of the Game Boy Camera. She continues by saying that the doctor has been behaving strangely ever since his protoype of the camera was stolen, and has been kept in a padded cell ever since. Mario is surprised by this, and the two visit him in his cell at a hospital, posing as a doctor and nurse.

At the hospital, Ursel, now eating some chocolate cake, comments that he "left his brain the door" before explaining that he was able to take photos that appear to depict UFOs. Mario says that he intends to find out, if he is given a piece of her chocolate cake.

At the end of the comic, Ursel can be seen eating some strawberry cake as Mario laments that he still has not gotten any cake from her.

A running gag in the comic is Ursel eating some cake, with Mario wanting some of her cake, but ultimately never actually getting any cake.
