The Happy Happening is a concert hosted by the Yoshis in the Club Nintendo comic "Auf der Suche nach dem Glück!"
After the Yoshis restore the people's colors, the Lakitu says that it is now time for them to restore the environment. He suggests that the Yoshis perform an open-air concert, and the Yoshis decide to call it the Happy Happening. The concert is very successful, bringing in thousands of attendees and being transmitted acrossed Yoshi's Island, including Bowser's Castle. The concert results in the colors at Bowser's Castle disappearing, angering Baby Bowser, demanding Kamek to fly him to the concert.
The two arrive at the concert and attempt to suck up the Yoshis' color, but the audience is enraged by this, telling them to leave the Yoshis alone while throwing fruit onto the stage. The fruit provides a force field against Kamek's magic, and Kamek, tired Baby Bowser's demands and enjoying the Yoshis' music, flies away from the concert, resulting in Baby Bowser falling into a cannon and being blasted off into space.
