Marioso is a detective agency appearing in the Club Nintendo comic "Das Vermächtnis des Dr. Lichtblitz".

Mario, having dreamed of becoming a detective, finds an advertisement in the newspaper about a vacant position at a detective agency. Immediately, Mario sets off for his future workplace. After the Blaufisch says that he can be useful to him, explaining that he was his predecessor's assistant (Kirby) and he can do anything for him, Mario, excited by this offer, opens up his own detective agency, Marioso, a few days later.

Now with his own detective agency, Mario guides the Blaufisch to a place where he has more space to swim in. The Blaufisch, who was expecting a built-in hot tub, is disappointed to find that Mario guided him to a toilet. Mario, however, reasons that the toilet can act as a wave pool, flushing the Blaufisch down the drain. As Mario worries that the Blaufisch might have clogged up the toilet, a client asks to enter the detective agency. Mario, excited by this, wonders if she is like Jenny Elvers or Ina Werner, but is surprised to see Ursel, who immediately offers him some of her cheesecake.

Inside, Ursel explains that she is the dietary advisor of Dr. Light inventor of the Game Boy Camera. She continues by explaining that the doctor has been acting strange ever since his prototype of the camera was stolen, and has been kept in a padded cell ever since. Mario is surprised by this, and the two head to the cell he is kept in at a hospital, posing as a doctor and nurse. Marioso is not seen for the rest of comic.

It is implied that Mario closes down Marioso towards the end of or following the events of the comic, as the narrator mentions that he has enough of the detective life.
