Chuckie is an evil animated doll from the horror film series Child's Play. He also made one appearance in the Super Mario franchise, in the Club Nintendo comic "Super Mario in Die Nacht des Grauens". The spelling of Chuckie's name in the comic differs from the spelling in the original films, where he was known as Chucky. In the comic's storyline, he is one of the monsters the "middleman of hell", Abigor, has searched a domicile for. The demon manages to take over a skyscraper where many Nintendo characters live, and Chuckie is assigned the room of the Kongs. When the doll bursts in their room, Donkey and Diddy Kong are scared of him, but get rescued by Mario, Link and Kirby, who fight Chuckie and the other monsters back.

Later in the comic, he appears again in the Elm Street Tunnel, where he and another monster guard Abigor's temple, Infernum. He asks the dressed-up Mario, Link, and Kirby why they entered the tunnel; this is actually his only speaking part in the comic. Chuckie and his fellow let Mario and his allies in the temple, where they meet Abigor again. With the help of a grimoire, they once again defeat the monsters, this time for good.
