"The Blue Wizard" is Kamek's leitmotif in the Paper Mario series. It is a mysterious-sounding brass-heavy theme introduced in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It plays during cutscenes involving Kamek, first playing in Water's Edge Way.

In Paper Mario: Color Splash, a faithful rearrangement of the track, titled "Kamek's Theme," plays whenever Kamek appears, and it is on the record for Mondo Woods at the Prisma Museum. Despite this, it is first heard in a cutscene at Daffodil Peak.

In Paper Mario: The Origami King, the track appears as "Meet Kamek" and is reused from Paper Mario: Color Splash. However, this version has less reverb and is higher quality, making the drum kicks more audible. It is used during Kamek's introduction at Shangri-Spa, and it is present on the Green Streamer section of the Sound Gallery in the Musée Champignon.
