"Toad in Trouble!"[1] is a theme composed for Paper Mario: Color Splash. Like "Straw of Doom," it is a tense, high-pitched violin track. It plays during the first visit to Port Prisma, after Toad is heard screaming, and Mario, Peach, and Huey go to check on him. The track is on the record for Port Prisma at the Prisma Museum.
