The Tea Recipe Book is a key item in Paper Mario: Color Splash. A Tea Party Toad in the library of the Dark Bloo Inn tells Mario that he has been tearing the place apart to find the book, which is missing. Mario can find it in room 302, where a Toad can be found "reading" it. The book is colorless, and Mario must repaint it. Once the book is repainted, the Toad calls the book's contents "SUPER boring", so he gives it to Mario. When Mario gives it back to the Tea Party Toad, he will go to the tea party.
